As a Meaningful Planet customer on a personal plan, 10% of every bill is used to directly fund local environmental restoration projects in collaboration with a number of Wildlife Trusts.

Yes, you can easily transfer your existing number to Meaningful Planet once you’ve signed up and activated your SIM (or eSIM).
When you join you’ll be set up with your own dedicated account and login, which is where you can submit your request to transfer your current number.
The process typically takes 1-2 working days – and we’ll keep you updated throughout via text and email.
Physical SIM cards are the traditional SIMs that arrive in the post and you insert into your phone – which we offer to all our customers.
eSIMs are a newer form of technology available on most smartphones launched since 2020. These eSIMs are automatically built into your phone, ready to use as soon as you link them to a network.
This means you can download and use your mobile plan instantly on an eSIM without needing to wait for a physical SIM to be delivered – with eSIMs having the added environmental bonus of not using any plastic.

Yes – Meaningful Planet customers can enjoy using up to 25% of their entire monthly data allowance across the EU.
This allowance resets each month – and you can use your app to keep a track of how much you’ve used.
Yes - we enable all our customers to increase or reduce their data allowance from month to month, helping you ensure you’re only paying for the data you need (and not incurring any unexpected charges).
You can update your plan at any time in the Meaningful Planet app – as well as extending the length from Rolling to 12 or 24-month.
We’re partnered with a number of Wildlife Trusts across the UK, with 10% of every Meaningful Planet bill pledged to support environmental restoration projects run by the trusts.
